The Council is funding places for two young people aged 18 to 25, including college leavers to join Build The Way Traineeship programme for nine months. Trainees will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience at leading architecture practices in central London while working towards a Level 3 qualification in architecture.
To help improve young people’s chances of being selected for the programme, Work Hounslow employment advisors has provided careers advice and guidance to local applicants. This includes support with video and written applications, building confidence and interview preparation.
To apply, young people can apply directly to Build The Way or access the Council’s application support by completing an online Expression of Interest form by Sunday, 16 August. An employment advisor will follow up with eligible applicants.
