Participants will take part in a five-week training delivered by NU Start at the University of West London, from 12pm to 4pm on the following dates:

✅Wednesday, 24 June
✅Tuesday, 30 June
✅Monday, 6 July
✅Wednesday, 15 July
✅Thursday, 16 July

Guided by an experienced chef, participants will learn food safety, cooking and preparation techniques and how to prepare delicious dishes from scratch.
