Description

This role will be to ensure project social value commitments are being achieved, customer and resident partnerships are being maintained and ensuring the project is achieving high standards in relation to social value and community engagement. As part of the role, candidate will also be working to a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability.


Location: Hounslow. Lampton Parkside TW3 4DJ

Richmond, Hackney, Haringey and Dagenham

Expected start: 8th September 2025

Hours: Full time | Mon-Fri | 9am - 5pm

Duties

  • Responsible for supporting social value delivery across projects in London
  • Working closely with the Social Value & Community Manager to facilitate social value projects with identified partners
  • Providing administrative support to the Social Value & Community Mangers such as data input of targets (both internally & on external social value platforms), drafting content for project webpages & e-newsletters, developing social value delivery plans, reports & case studies
  • Supporting site teams with resident queries & communications
  • Undertaking local research & stakeholder mapping

Essential criteria

  • Must be 18+
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Applications from international students will be accepted if right to work permits you to complete a minimum of 3 years with the employer.
  • Must be fluent in English

Desirable criteria

A driving license is desirable.

There are no specific academic requirements or qualifications for this role.

Additional information

Travel between sites can be expensed and will be paid into monthly pay.

Uniform is provided.
