Work Hounslow, Hounslow Council’s Skills and Employment Team, is delivering a new career programme for ethnically diverse communities over a six-month period.

Funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the new initiative provides one-to-one careers and employment support for women, ethnic minorities and older people in the borough who are not currently in work. These groups have been identified by the Council’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy as needing additional support in accessing services and opportunities. Read more here.
