We work with Hounslow residents who are unemployed as well as those who are in low-paid work and those wishing to either re-skill or up-skill, including those who are self-employed.

Our objective is to improve prospects for our residents, improve productivity for our small businesses and support the creation of a more resilient local-labour-force; stimulating our local economy and helping it to thrive. This includes supporting our businesses to create fantastic opportunities for Hounslow residents and supporting both with pathways into work.
