Construction Skills SWAP in Hounslow starting 13th May 2024.
Work Hounslow has partnered with employers and training providers to present a Construction opportunity to upskill and obtain relevant training for 4 weeks including a work placement for 2 weeks then to interview for a role with our participating employers on the programme. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to enter into the construction sector.
Together with MIT and West Thames College, we are working in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis, CField and Telford Homes - providing a guaranteed interview programme for the construction skills SWAP. Apprenticeships and local job offers are available to the programme with job locations based in the Brentford, Feltham and Hounslow Central.
Deadline for submissions - 2nd May
The programme details
- 6-week programme - 4 weeks of training (Feltham and Brentford sites) and 2 weeks of work placement.
- Notting Hill Genesis is looking to fill construction apprenticeship roles and local labour hire (Civic Centre and Kew locations) .
- CField recruiting for local construction jobs in Feltham and Hounslow.
- Telford Homes is looking to fill construction apprenticeships (Kew locations).
- Guaranteed interviews for completers of the programme.
- Job offers for successful candidates

• Must be a Hounslow resident over 19 years of age
• In receipt of benefits - Universal Credit
• Right to work in the UK
