The Community Recruitment Business Partner at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust are planning a second recruitment cohort for Outpatient department focusing on Band 3 Contact Centre Advisor role.  Please find attached job description for your information.

The Trust are predominantly recruiting for Contact Centre Advisor role, however, following interviews, candidates might be placed in a different role across Outpatient setting, depending on their experience and interview scoring. Other possible roles; Inpatient/Outpatient Booking Administrator or Endoscopy Booking Administrator.

Centralised recruitment, meaning if successful at the interviews, candidates will be placed on allocation waiting list and will be assigned a post number once it becomes available (there are several vacancies available, but the services will be overrecruiting to build talent pipeline).

Details about the role:

  • Full time roles only
  • Annual leave: 27 days + 8 bank holidays
  • Shift patterns: current office hours are between; 08:00am-20:00hrs: Monday-Friday.
  • Three shift patterns of: 08:00am-16:15hrs, 08:45am-17:00hrs, 11:.45am-20:00hrs, this is subject to change with the needs of the service.
  • Interviews: Tuesday 22nd October (further details to follow)
  • Immigration status: we are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship, therefore candidates requiring this will not be considered.
  • Full induction/training provided by the service upon starting.
  • Development opportunity: possibility of moving to a higher band role within the service, if competencies for a new role are met.
