We are seeking a talented aspiring Hair Apprentices to join our team! As a Hair Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while delivering exceptional customer service. At AAX Academy if you do not wish to do an Apprenticeship we offer Vocational courses were by you could qualify within 16 weeks training at our academy 2 days a week.
Responsibilities: -
Provide professional hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments-
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences- Recommend appropriate hair products and treatments to enhance the client's hair health and appearance-
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling payments-
Maintain a clean and organized work area-
Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance when needed
Experience:-
Familiarity with front desk operations and store management is beneficial-
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients-
Ability to work well in a team environment.
