We are seeking a comitted Hair Stylist Apprentice to join our team. As a Hair Stylist Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and provide exceptional hair services to our valued clients. If you are passionate about hair styling and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. At AAX Academy if you do not wish to do an Apprenticeship we offer Vocational courses were by you could qualify with in 16 weeks training at our academy 2 days a week.
You will achieve NVQ level 2 and 3 VTCT qualification by the end of your apprenticeship or Study Programme.
Duties: - Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Perform eyelash extensions and makeup application as needed - Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development
Requirements: - Previous experience in front desk or store management is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
