Infinity Foster Care are seeking to recruit a specialist fostering social worker. A FSW is a fostering social worker who is able to supervise foster carers and carry out assessments of applicants who want to become foster carers. Applicants will draw from a range of cultural and social backgrounds able to offer good quality care and support to children and young people in thier care.
- Provide regular supervision, support and monitor the quality of care provided by foster carers, in order to ensure the success of placements.
- Help develop the develop their skills of foster carers in line with their developmental needs
- Provide quality support to foster carers and children throughout the entire placement and ensure that all child placements end naturally and properly
- Ensure all carer and child records are complete and up to date on the One Drive.
