KICKSTART OPPORTUNITY FOR 16 - 24'S ONLY  Wates Residential, Burlington, Hounslow, TW14 8JU


Wates Group is one of the leading privately-owned construction, residential development and property services businesses in the UK and we are looking to recruit an Assistant Administrator.

The key duties of an Assistant Administrator may differ depending on the needs of the individual project, but some of your core responsibilities may include:

Opening and reading mail and taking relevant actions where appropriate

General typing Composing and sending routine correspondence

Answering the telephone and dealing with routine enquiries

Co-ordinating and managing the diary of the team if required

Organising itineraries and other bookings

Receiving guests / visitors and co-ordinating meeting requirements as necessary

Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases

Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems General administrative duties including filing, faxing and photocopying Ordering stationery Additional projects as required.

Wates will provide an Induction to work area including summary of support you will receive from Princes Trust.

Wates will provide a workplace Supervisor and Mentor to the Kickstart employee. Princes Trust will provide an employability wraparound package.

At Month four, Wates will have a review with Kickstart employee and Princes Trust / Manpower mentor and agree an exit strategy or opportunity to apply for roles within Wates or the Supply Chain.


Participants will benefit from the employability support programme delivered in partnership with The Princes Trust.
