The Community Recruitment Business Partner at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust are planning a second recruitment cohort for Outpatient department focusing on Band 3 Contact Centre Advisor role. Please find attached job description for your information.
The Trust are predominantly recruiting for Contact Centre Advisor role, however, following interviews, candidates might be placed in a different role across Outpatient setting, depending on their experience and interview scoring. Other possible roles; Inpatient/Outpatient Booking Administrator or Endoscopy Booking Administrator.
Centralised recruitment, meaning if successful at the interviews, candidates will be placed on allocation waiting list and will be assigned a post number once it becomes available (there are several vacancies available, but the services will be overrecruiting to build talent pipeline).
